40 Dreams Catering provides healthy delicious meals to senior citizens and disabled adults in New Jersey. We partner with Managed Care Organizations to provide meals, free of charge, to our clients, who are part of the fastest-growing segment of the population. Our meals are delivered to the homes of our clients with a friendly delivery driver. We pride ourselves on not only providing great nutritious meals but on combating social isolation amongst seniors and disabled adults.


Athletic Arts Academy | IyaSokoya Karade


 IyaSokoya Karade aka Coach Iya, is the Owner/CEO of the Athletic Arts Academy NJ LLC, a fully equipped, Olympic-styled, 10,500 sq. ft. youth fitness center serving youth age 4+, beginner to advanced levels. Training programs include gymnastics, skating, and dance instruction along with an annual licensed summer camp. Pivoting as a result of the Covid 19 disaster, Coach Iya strategically placed the Academy in the “essential business” category by establishing and co-locating the A3 Gymnastics Child Care Center LLC, a state-licensed program providing remote/virtual learning support and after-school care for school-aged children ages 6 thru 12.
