Success Circles Volunteer
Serve as a “Success Circles” volunteer with The Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership (IFEL), contributing to the organization’s efforts towards advancing women of color entrepreneurs by connecting them to expertise, networks, and capital to support a grow-scale-exit trajectory for their business.

The Commitment
We value your time. Whether you have two hours per month or two hours in total, you can use your professional skills, expertise and talents to help a small business grow. You determine how much of a time commitment you can make and what it is you want to provide.

Volunteer-to-entrepreneur match process
We will match you with one of our entrepreneurs who has completed our intake process. This includes an application, an interview and vetting through a Success Circles selection event. The selected entrepreneurs will each undergo an assessment to determine resource needs and priority so that we can match volunteers who can have the greatest impact.
Leadership Council
Serve on The Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership’s Women of Color Connecting (WOCCON) Leadership Council. WOCCON aims to get more women of color entrepreneurs on the grow-scale-exit trajectory to building wealth through entrepreneurship.
